Informational Session on Pitt Law’s Moot Court Program
All interested students are invited to attend a presentation by all of the faculty and adjuncts who work with students who compete in the various moot court programs sponsored by Pitt Law. It is scheduled for Thursday, March 22, 2012, from 12 until 1 PM in room 107. You can expect to hear about the two internal competitions, the Appellate Moot Court which is held in the Fall Semester, and the Murray Love Trial Moot Court, which is held in the Spring. You will also learn about how to compete for a position in the class that will prepare you for one of three external trial moot courts. Other external moot courts whose dates, requirements and selection criteria will be described at the session include: Vis, Jessup, Niagara (all international law), Health Law, Environmental, Cardozo/BMI (Communications and Entertainment Law), Giles S. Rich (Patent and Copyright).
