John Burkoff on the Bill of Particulars in the Sandusky Case
Professor John Burkoff commented on the detail provided to the defense by prosecutors in the case against former Penn State coach Jerry Sandusky. The bill of particulars in the case alleges that Sandusky abused eight of the ten victims in the case on Penn State's campus. The defense will probably object because of a lack of specifics. "Of course Sandusky is likely to complain that this response does not give him enough information to be able to defend properly," Professor Burkoff said.
