April 6, 2011 Professor Pat Chew presented a faculty workshop at Case Western Reserve Law School on April 4, 2011. She discussed her empirical work on how a party's race can make a difference in case outcomes. In particular, she discussed the plaintiff-employee's race in racial harassment cases.
