Vivian Curran Presents at Georgetown on the Alien Tort Statute

Professor Vivian Curran presented at Georgetown University Law Center at a March 27 conference entitled "Corporate Responsibility and the Alien Tort Statute."  Professor Curran spoke as a member of a panel, "Can Corporations Be Held Liable Under the Alien Tort Statute?"
