Pat Chew Gives Plenary Address at National Federal Magistrate Judges Meeting

Pat Chew, the Judge J. Quint Salmon and Anne Salmon Chair and Distinguished Faculty Scholar, served as the kick-off plenary speaker at the National Workshop for Magistrate Judges in Miami on April 18.  The Workshop was sponsored by the Federal Judicial Center.  Professor Chew's presentation was on the "Realism of Race and Gender in Judicial Decision Making,"  and it was based on empirical work on this topic by Professor Chew and others.
