Anthony Infanti on PA Status of Same-sex Marriages from Other States

Publish Date/Time:
June 5, 2012

Professor Anthony Infanti discussed what happens to same-sex couples legally married in other states when these couples come to Pennsylvania, which has a state law that prohibits same-sex marriage.  Professor Infanti says that when a couple is married in a state like New York, which allows same-sex marriage, "it's a bit of an open question to what happens" to their legal rights when the couple comes to Pennsylvania.
