Harry Flechtner on CISG in Turkey

Professor Harry Flechtner participated in a conference held May 25-26 in Istanbul, Turkey, sponsored by Istanbul Bilgi University.  The conference was entitled “The New International Sales Law of Turkey:  CISG”.  The occasion of the conference was Turkey’s ratification on July 7, 2010 (effective August 1, 2011) of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (“CISG”).  Professor Flechtner presented his paper for the conference on May 25; his topic was “Conformity of Goods (CISG Article 35).”
