Charles Jalloh Lectures on the African Perspective on Universal Jurisdiction in Kigali, Rwanda

On July 12, 2011, Assistant Professor Charles C. Jalloh lectured at a conference on the theme "International Criminal Law and Universal Jurisdiction" at the National University of Rwanda in Kigali, Rwanda.
