Pitt Law Alumnus Yingling '11 Publishes on Learning Disabilities and the ADA

Patrick Yingling, Class of '11, recently wrote and placed a comprehensive legal article, "Learning Disabilities and the ADA:  Licensing Exam Accommodations in the Wake of the ADA Amendments Act of the 2008," with the Cleveland State Law Review.  Regarding the article, Yingling says, "What is interesting about this situation is that the article is all about the law surrounding the bar exam, and I placed the article with the Cleveland State Law Review while in the midst of preparing for the bar exam myself."
