David Harris on the Challenge to PA's Voter ID Law

July 25, 2012 Professor David Harris discussed the challenge to Pennsylvania's Voter ID law. The trial began July 25 in Commonwealth Court. Professor Harris explained the significance of the state's concession that it has no evidence to present of any voter fraud, and no evidence that fraud would take place during the next election without the law.
