John Burkoff on Governor's Comments Regarding Sandusky Case
Professor John Burkoff commented on the PA Governor Tom Corbett's statements about the investigation into former Penn State Coach Jerry Sandusky. Corbett led the investigation when he was PA's attorney general before becoming governor. Corbett says that as attorney general, his office did not uncover the evidence discussed in last week's comprehensive report by Louis Freeh because the former administration of Penn State did not cooperate with his investigation when his office issued subpoenas. According to Professor Burkoff, "clearly, the governor feels like Penn State dragged its feet initially."
