David Harris on Arizona Profiling Case Against "Sheriff Joe"

Professor David Harris told the Associated Press that, even with very good evidence, racial profiling lawsuit are tough for plaintiffs to win, because the U.S. Supreme Court has set such a high legal standard for proving claims of racial discrimination.  "These cases are difficult to bring and difficult to win under the best circumstances," Professor Harris said.
