John Burkoff on Combined Orie Trial Before New Judge
Professor John Burkoff discussed a judge's order for a joint trial in front of a new judge for Supreme Court Justice Joan Orie Melvin and her sister Janine Orie on political corruption charges. The order for a trial in front of a new judge, he said, was a positive development and a "pleasant surprise."
