John Burkoff on Stripping Justice Orie Melvin of Salary Pending Trial

Professor John Burkoff was interviewed on KDKA radio, discussing the move to strip indicted Justice Orie Melvin of her judicial salary while she awaits trial.  Professor Burkoff argues that the Justice has to be considered innocent until proven guilty, just like everyone else, and that her salary should continue unless and until she is actually convicted of these serious charges.
