Jules Lobel on Why Extradition to the U.S. Is Unlikley in Pitt Bomb Threats

Professor Jules Lobel explained why the suspect in the bomb threats against Pitt last spring is unlikely to be extradited to the U.S.  from Ireland.  The suspect is also wanted in Scotland, Professor Lobel said, and it is is more likely that Scotland is where he will end up. "If they thought the most likely place he would be extradited and tried would be Scotland and they're reasonably confident in their legal system, the likelihood would be they wouldn't extradite him," he said.
