Sheila Velez Martinez on Pittburgh's Desire to Increase Immigrant Population

Professor Sheila Velez Martinez discussed Pittsburgh's need for greater numbers of immigrants in an article in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.  While some cities and states have an anti-immigrant tenor to conversations on the subject, Professor Velez Martinez said that is not true of Pittsburgh.  "In Pittsburgh, you don't have an anti-immigrant discourse.  It's the opposite."
