Barco Law Library Study Room Policy

1.     Study rooms are exclusively for law students, faculty and staff. Any non-law person will be asked to leave the library.

2.     There must be a minimum occupancy of 2 persons in a study room

3.     Study rooms are first come, first served unless the room is reserved

4.     Rooms can be reserved on the law library website with the following stipulations

a.     Only law students, faculty and staff can reserve study rooms

b.     Student use their Pitt emails to make a reservation

c.      Student retain a copy of their reservation confirmation

d.     Individuals can reserve a maximum of one 2 hour slots in any given day

e.     Individuals can reserve a maximum of five 1 hour slots per month

5.     Please be respectful of other groups and group reservations

6.     Study rooms close 30 minutes before the library closes
