Dear Section C Students:
Your first week’s reading assignments for contracts are as set forth below. All of them are taken from the Farnsworth et al casebook (8th ed. 2013). Please read them carefully and be prepared to discuss them in class. I will be following up this announcement with another in two weeks’ time that will provide information on how to access the syllabus.
Your syllabus is now online on the TWEN course created for this class. Please register for it as soon as you have had your Westlaw training. (Your Westlaw representative can show you how to do that.)
