Arthur Hellman on Clean Water Act Cases to be Argued in Front of U.S. Supreme Court
Pitt Law Professor Arthur Hellman weighs in on two upcoming Clean Water Act cases to be argued in front of the U.S. Supreme Court during the first week of December. Both cases were originally ruled upon by the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. According to Professor Hellman, there’s a "‘pretty small" chance that the Supreme Court will uphold the 9th Circuit's decisions.
