John Burkoff on Death Penalty Case in Adams County, PA

Professor John Burkoff commented on a death penalty case about to begin in Adams County, Pennsylvania.  Death penalty cases are difficult for members of the jury, according to Professor Burkoff.  "The jury has the unenviable task of deciding 'does he get life or death?'  It's almost always traumatic, and they are almost always tragic. And it's almost always sad, too."
