Pitt Law alumnus John Will, ’04, recently weighed in on a controversial conversation in the New York Times surrounding the proposed Mississippi amendment that would declare a fertilized human egg to be a legal person. Will, director of the Bioethics and Health Law Center at Mississippi College School of Law, asserts that the amendment is unclear. He asks, “Could a women taking a morning after pill be charged with murder?”
