Haider Hamoudi Appointed by Hague Court in Iraqi Case Involving Chemical Weapons

Professor Haider Hamoudi was appointed by the District Court in the Hague to serve as an expert witness in Iraqi law in pending civil litigation instituted by victims of chemical attacks of Saddam Hussein.  The case has been brought against Frans Van Anraat, who has been convicted of delivering to the Saddam regime some of the material needed to manufacture the chemical weapons.
