John Burkoff on Future of PA Voter ID Law

Professor John Burkoff told the Associated Press that if and when the PA Voter ID law reaches the state's Supreme Court again, it may not stand up under constitutional scrutiny.  Professor Burkoff said that it was obvious in the Supreme Court's first opinion on the law that the justices did not like the law as written.  "It doesn't take a nuclear phycisist to figure that out," Burkoff said.
