John Burkoff on Possible Sandusky Appeal

Professor John Burkoff told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette that an appeal by Jerry Sandusky based on the the court's denial of continuances for trial preparation will not likely succeed.  While having an adequate amount of time to prepare is important, Professor Burkoff said that an appeals court will find any error along these lines harmless.
