Reminder - Volunteers Needed for East End Cooperative Ministry Tutoring Program

Publish Date/Time:

A Reminder from Professor Luneburg:

Each year East End Cooperative Ministry offers a tutoring program for elementary, middle and high school students (from the Pittsburgh Public Schools) at the East Liberty Presbyterian Church (116 S. Highland Ave.) in East Liberty. Over the years many law students from Pitt have volunteered one hour of their time each week during the semester to work with a student. (The tutoring program operates Tuesday through Thursday between 3:30 pm and 7:30 pm). Subjects tutored vary depending on the grade level of the student and their needs. Most students are looking for general homework help. If you are interested in volunteering, leave a message for Volunteer Coordinator, Tracy Hudson at: 412.361.5549 ext. 403, or e-mail: ET@eecm.org
