For the remainder of the semester, in addition to Professor Brostoff's monthly deep relaxation sessions, Pitt's Mindful Lawyering Initiative will offer student-led relaxation and meditation sessions each Tuesday and Thursday at 4:00 pm in the jury room (accessible through the courtroom). The sessions, which last about 30 minutes, are intended to clear the mind and reduce stress. No meditation experience is necessary. Students, faculty, and staff are all welcome. Join us today for a basic introduction to the concept of mindfulness, followed by a relaxing guided meditation.
