John Burkoff on Possible Conflict of Interest in Penn State Case

Jerry Sandusky, the former Penn State coach accused of sexually assaulting young boys, is out on bail. However, new information has shown that the judge who set the bail had connections with Sandusky's charity organization, The Second Mile. Professor Burkoff states that conflicts of interests are not unusual although the amount of attention and scrutiny makes this case an exception.
