Charles Jalloh Speaks at Washington University of St. Louis Law School

On November 12, 2012, Assistant Professor Charles C. Jalloh presented a paper assessing the African Union proposal for the establishment of a criminal chamber within the African Court of Justice and Human Rights at the International Criminal Court (ICC) at Ten Conference hosted by Washington University of St. Louis and the Whitney R. Harris World Law Institute. This invitation only tenth anniversary celebration was organized by Professor Leila N. Sadat, Henry H. Oberschelp Professor of Law, and one of the world’s leading authorities on the ICC.
