Jessie Allen on Police Investigation of Rap Video as Threat to Police Officers

November 19, 2012 Professor Jessie Allen commented on the First Amendment implications of an investigation of a YouTube video created by two Pittsburgh men. In the video, the men make statements that could be construed as threats to particular police officers in Pittsburgh. Professor Allen's comments were heard on KDKA AM radio.
