David Harris on U.S. Dept. of Justice Investigation of Arizona Sheriff

Professor David Harris commented on the U.S. Department of Justice investigation of Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Arizona, who has made national headlines by using his agency aggressively against illegal immigration.  The federal investigation, released last week, includes findings of racial profiling against Latinos and other misconduct.  Professor Harris explained that a potentially long and difficult period of litigation may lie ahead.
