David Harris on Green Tree Police Chief's Unorthodox Prostitution Bust Methods on WTAE TV KDKA Radio

Professor David Harris commented on reports that Green Tree, PA's chief of police went under cover on his own to investigate prostitution. The chief made appointments to meet women in hotel rooms, paid them, and then disrobed and engaged in sexual touching. The nudity and sexual touching by a police officer are unnecessary and highly unusual tactics, to say the least, and can actually put prosecution of the case in jeopardy.
