Professor Douglas Branson
continues his international teaching tour. He taught International Human Rights at Trinity College, Dublin during the Summer of 2006 and will teach Corporate Governance at the University of Melbourne later this month.
Professor Branson's book, No Seat at the Table, about how law and corporate governance process and norms keep woman off boards of directors, comes out from NYU Press on December 1. A full description appears at the NYU Press site
