John Burkoff and Ethics and Professionalism in Criminal Law

Professor John Burkoff has been appointed to a Committee created by the ABA Criminal Justice Section: Ethics, Gideon and Professionalism, which will address a broad range of ethical issues in criminal practice, including analysis and best practices regarding how prosecutors, criminal defense lawyers and judges should deal with issues of professional conduct, and issues of the right to competent counsel.
