Gov. Wolf Nominates Pitt Law Alum Bruce Beemer ('95) to Fill Attorney General Vacancy

Governor Tom Wolf has nominated Pitt Law alum Bruce Beemer ('95) to be attorney general of Pennsylvania. Beemer will fill the vacancy left by Kathleen Kane's resignation until mid-January.

Wolf said in a statement that Beemer "has the respect of the employees of the Office of the Attorney General, and I have no doubt that he will make this transition seamless and smooth."
