Mr. Dapper is a founding shareholder of Dapper, Baldasare, Benson, Behling & Kane, P.C. in Pittsburgh. His practice is concentrated in the area of commercial litigation, including insurance bad faith, insurance coverage, professional liability and employment cases. He also maintains an active defense litigation practice, with an emphasis on transportation claims.

Mr. Dapper is a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County and the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel.  He is also an Adjunct Professor of Law for Mock Trial Strategy and Practice at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Mr. Dapper has been recognized by his peers for inclusion in publications such as Best Lawyers in America and Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, where he has been named to the Top 100 Lawyers in Pennsylvania and the Top 50 Lawyers in Pittsburgh lists. He enjoys an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell and has had the opportunity to speak at seminars sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and Pennsylvania Defense Institute.

Mr. Dapper is admitted to practice in all of the federal and state courts of Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Specifically, Mr. Dapper is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Middle District of Pennsylvania, Northern District of West Virginia and Southern District of West Virginia. He is also licensed in Ohio.
