11th Annual Judicial, Government, and Public Interest Law Reception
Hosted by: Dean April M. Barton of Duquesne University School of Law and Dean Amy J. Wildermuth of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law
The University of Pittsburgh School of Law and Duquesne University School of Law cordially invite all practitioners and members of the bench to attend The Eleventh Annual Judicial, Government, and Public Interest Law Reception.
Due to ongoing considerations about the pandemic, we are offering this event via two formats this year: an in-person event and a virtual event. Students at both schools, as well as judges & attorneys, may attend either or both events as their schedules permit.
Virtual: Thursday, November 4 * 5:00-7:00 p.m. * Online
In-person: Monday, November 8 * 5:00-7:00 p.m. * Power Center Ballroom
Join us in networking and celebrating the bench and the public interest bar. Share your experiences with students interested in careers in the judiciary, government, and public interest law, including clerkships, externships, pro bono initiatives, and other opportunities in our region.
For students, this event provides a wonderful opportunity to meet judges and attorneys who work in government agencies and public interest law organizations. Take advantage of these gatherings, which are specially organized for law students at Duquesne Law and Pitt Law! Learn about externship, clerkship, pro bono, and career opportunities.
Students will RSVP directly via Pitt Law Works.
Employers will RSVP via a Qualtrics form that will be in their invitation.
