Professor Hamoudi’s course will also include substantial amounts of training in the technical art of drafting contracts, with a particular but by no means exclusive focus on contracts relating to the sales of goods. Several classes will be dedicated to the subject of contract drafting, with extensive exercises to be conducted in connection therewith. A substantial part of the grade will be the submission of a full sales of goods contract based on facts to be provided on the first day of class.
35% of the final grade will be determined by the submission of a Sale of Goods Contract during the last few weeks of the semester.
65% of the final grade will be determined by a final in class examination.
