Course Description

This course is an introductory survey of basic tools involved in microeconomic analysis (including basic financial and statistical concepts, as well as game theory), and application of these tools to various areas of the law, including, Antitrust, Contract, Criminal, Property, and Tort Law. No background in
economics, psychology, or statistics is presumed or required. The course is being offered online by the George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School and will be administered by its Director of Online Programs, Professor Michael Reksulak.
