The Office of Admissions and Financial Aid will notify applicants by e-mail when their application has been received. The email will include your user name and password for the online status page. We encourage you to check the status of your application by referring to the Applicant Online Status Page, as all decisions will be posted online. Pitt Law operates on rolling admissions and a decision can take several weeks. We ask for your patience during the admission cycle as it can be even longer during key times of the year. Priority Decision applicants will receive a decision within 14 days of your file going to the admissions committee.
Admitted students can submit their tuition deposit online. Use your Pitt username and password to log in to submit your tuition deposit HERE. Your Pitt username and password was sent to the email address provided on your admissions application. If you did not receive your Pitt username and password, you can contact the University Technology Help Desk at 412-624-HELP (4357).
