Anthony Infanti and Mirit Eyal-Cohen at the Critical Tax Theory Conference at Seton Hall Law

Professor and Associate Dean Anthony Infanti and Professor Mirit Eyal-Cohen presented their work at the Fifteenth Critical Tax Theory Conference, held March 29 and 30 at Seton Hall Law School in Newark, New Jersey.  Professor Infanti, one of the architects of the field (he is the co- author of "Critical Tax Theory: An Introduction," published by Cambridge University Press in 2009), helped kick off the conference with a workshop entitled "Taxing Civil Rights Gains."  Professor Eyal-Cohen presented her paper, "Size Doesn't Matter: A Critical Analysis of Small Business Definitions," as part of a panel.  Professor Infanti also presented on another topic, "Tax Reform Discourse."
