Mind Your Manners: A Networking Event With Current Students
Join us for dinner and help Pitt Law students!
The Law School is providing an opportunity for our students to learn and practice effective networking skills from renowned professional speaker and business social success trainer, Ms. Terri Thompson. Immediately following the training, we are providing students with a real-life opportunity to practice what they have learned with a small group of our distinguished alumni.
You are cordially invited to join us on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 from 5:30pm-7:30pm for dinner and drinks and then to help our students enhance their networking skills through this exciting training exercise. The event will be held at the Law School in the Alcoa Room which is located on the second floor.
The details are as follows:
Alumni guests are treated to a complimentary dinner and drinks in the Law School’s Alcoa room while the students receive their instruction elsewhere.
Students, Ms. Thompson and staff from the Office of Professional and Career Development will then join our alumni guests, giving the students an opportunity to practice their newly learned networking skills (additional drinks and hors d’oeuvres will be provided).
Alumni guests depart while students receive feedback on their networking experience from Ms. Thompson and staff.
Please RSVP by Tuesday, September 1, 2015 by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 412-648-1305.
