Haider Hamoudi Begins Regular Column for Jurist

Professor Haider Hamoudi will write a regular monthly column for JURIST's Forum section s. The addition of Professor Hamoudi expands JURIST's roster of regular columnists to four, joining Professor Charles Jalloh, Edsel Tupaz, and the institutional column presented by the University of California, Davis School of Law. In his first column, Professor Hamoudi argues that the allegedly irregular criminal proceedings going on against Americans working for NGOs in Egypt and an Iraqi vice president appear ordinary to the members of the criminal justice systems of those countries.
