New Books From John Burkoff
Professor John Burkoff published a new book this summer, Inside Criminal Law: What Matters & Why (Aspen 2008) . Burkoff also published a new edition of his treatise on criminal procedure, Principles of Criminal Procedure (3d edition) (Thomson Reuters/West 2008), and the 2008-2009 Edition of his treatise, Criminal Defense Ethics: Law and Liability 2d (Thomson Reuters/West). In addition, Professor Burkoff published the 2008 Supplements for his two casebooks: Criminal Procedure: Cases & Materials, Problems & Exercises (3d edition) (Thomson Reuters/West 2007), and Criminal Law: Cases & Materials, Problems & Exercises (2d edition) (Thomson Reuters/West 2005). He also completed the September 2008 Release for his 2-volume treatise, Search Warrant Law Deskbook (Thomson Reuters/West), as well as the 2008 Supplement for his treatise, Ineffective Assistance of Counsel (Thomson Reuters/West) (co-authored with Professor Nancy Burkoff). Finally, Burkoff finished the manuscript for the third edition of his criminal law casebook this summer, which will be published later this Fall.
