Pitt Law Securities Arbitration Clinic competes at at the Annual FINRA/St. John’s School of Law Securities Dispute Resolution Triathlon

Congratulations to our winning Team from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law Securities Arbitration Clinic, under the direction of Clinic Professor Alice L Stewart and Adjunct Professor Rachael Shaw, who represented Pitt Law at the Annual FINRA/St. John’s School of Law Securities Dispute Resolution Triathlon. The two-day event, sponsored by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) features three individual rounds of competition in negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, the three primary areas of dispute resolution. The Pitt Law Team comprised of three students from the Securities Arbitration Clinic, 3L’s Daniel Graziano, Boutros Imad, and Karleigh Trgovac. They competed via Zoom this year against teams from 20 law schools across the country bringing home first place in the Mediation Round.
