Description

Almost every practicing attorney will be immediately expected to have familiarity with deal frameworks, whether buying a home or a business.  This one credit, one week intersession course, provides an excellent introduction to the mechanics of how a deal is structured, negotiated, and concluded, from the drafting of a term sheet through to the final closing. By the end of this course, students will have developed a familiarity with how deals work in a real-world manner to serve them well in every practice.  This course is recommended for all students.
