Biography

Attorney Christopher Elnicki is from Wexford, Pennsylvania and now resides in Pittsburgh's Squirrel Hill. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Duquesne University School of Law. While studying at Duquesne, Chris was an editor of the University's law review. Chris is an honors graduate of Allegheny College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in English.

Chris's practice focuses on the intersection between civil rights and education law. When he was in private practice, Chris litigated cases involving education law, disability discrimination, public employment litigation, and civil rights matters. Currently, Chris is an education attorney at KidsVoice, where he represents the educational interests of dependent children. Chris frequently represents children with disabilities in special education litigation matters.

Chris is an avid outdoorsman and loves to ski with his friends and family in the winter months.
