Reid is an International Tax Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he assists multi-national corporations in the Pittsburgh and Cleveland markets with addressing their international business needs in a tax-efficient manner. His practice focuses on cross-border structuring, U.S. international tax compliance, and value chain transformation. Reid began practice upon his graduation from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2005.  While at Pitt Law, Reid was the Production Editor of the Pittsburgh Tax Review and remains involved with the organization. Prior to attending Pitt Law, Reid worked in the Accounting group of IBM in Armonk, NY. Reid is a 1998 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University where he majored in finance with an emphasis on accounting.
