James E. Kopelman

James E. Kopelman was admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1966. He concentrates his practice in the fields of estate planning, estate administration, real estate (including zoning and eminent domain) and corporate and business law. Mr. Kopelman is also a licensed title agent and gives continuing legal education courses in federal estate tax matters. Mr. Kopelman regularly prepares, as part of his practice, all estate planning documents, including but not limited to wills, trusts, powers of attorney and living wills. Mr. Kopelman represents both corporations and individuals. Mr. Kopelman attended Dickinson College, received his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Pittsburgh and his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1966. He has been an AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell since the 1980s which represents the highest possible peer review rating in legal ability and ethical standards.
