Description
The Multistate Bar Examination (MBE) is a 200 multiple-choice question test administered in every US Jurisdiction except Louisiana and Puerto Rico that accounts for up to 50% of an examinee’s score. Raising the Bar combines substantive bar review with MBE strategies. Using the flipped classroom model, students will prepare for class by watching videos. Class time will be devoted to reviewing MBE-style questions, paying particular attention to various distractor types and “tricks” of bar exam question writing.
