Biography
Jaromír Šavelka is a Data Scientist at Gravity Stack LLC, a technology subsidiary of Reed Smith LLP, and a PhD Candidate at the University of Pittsburgh's Intelligent Systems Program. He specializes in Legal Data Science drawing from artificial intelligence & law, natural language processing, applied machine learning, and information retrieval. His research focuses on information retrieval from case law to support interpretation of statutory concepts.
